Jenna Ortega has again tackled rumors about romance Johnny Depp – And her answer has not changed at all.
In a promotional video for their new film, hurry home, Ortega and The Weeknd sat down with complex for a ‘goat conversation’, where they discussed the best and worst things about their lives.
The Weeknd asked Ortega: “What is the worst rumor that you have heard about yourself?”
She then replied: “Well, I already said the Johnny Depp thing where we had a relationship.”
The weekend, unbelieving, replied: “What?”
“Never met him,” said Ortega, 22, about the 61-year-old actor.
The Weeknd – real name Abel Tesfaye – said he had never heard about the rumor.
But Ortega further explained that it was so widespread and consistent that she would have people on the set and ask her how things were going between her and Depp.

Ortega first invalidated the rumors when she was asked about the ‘craziest’ rumor that she once heard about herself by Buzzfeed Celeb.
And in the same way Ortega said it was rumors romantic link to Depp.
The whisper of their alleged relationship began when it circulated that they might have worked together on the continuation of Beetlejuice – something that Depp’s team fervently denied together with the relationship.

Ortega was more humorous about the rumor and said that when her then Costar Richard E. Grant had asked for her and Depp, she just laughed and said, “I don’t know that person.”
And it seems as if nothing changed eight months later.
Ortega and The Weeknd quickly emerged and asked him the question instead.
He further said that the worst rumor he had heard about himself was that he was short.
