“Nettle tea,” says the woman who has since deleted her account said.
“I drink them by the pint.

She said urtica dioica, commonly known as stinging nettle, tastes “very much like green tea.”
She uses “a heaping tablespoon per cup of cold or hot water” when drinking the tea.

“Let cold water steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (I make 2 liters of water) and then strain it,” she said.
“Put it in hot water and let it sit until it is lukewarm, or put it in the refrigerator and let it steep overnight, just like with cold water.”
Many people gave a positive review to the post and said they wanted to try the tea to improve their appearance.
The woman was responding to a commenter who suggested that the tea could also help slow the signs of aging on the skin.
“I noticed an overall reduction in redness, but nettles are also packed with nutrients that help repair sun damage,” she said.
