A COUPLE with an age difference of 26 years proves their doubters wrong with a fun video.
Ben and Allison Hornsby, now 72 and 46, first met in 1998 when Ben was a postman delivering mail at the pawn shop where the young woman worked.

The loved-up duo, who met when Allison was fresh out of high school, have been married for more than two decades and have given birth to triplets and twins.
Despite being brutally mocked as ‘father and daughter’ on Instagram, Allison has previously said their marriage and bond are strong and that her senior partner treats her ‘like a queen’. Metro reported.
The adorable couple married in 2002 and have been together for over 20 years, but they admit that being parents of five children of the same age is not easy.
“When they were babies, we lived on Ben’s mail route. He would come home for lunch and change diapers,” Allison said, adding that the challenge was “rewarding.”
Ben decided to retire when the triplets were seven and the twins were four, so he could be there as a father.
”This has helped me not feel overwhelmed when caring for triplets or twins.
“I think it’s emotionally healthy for our children to spend quality time with their father. I would recommend this to others if possible.”
The couple in love also believe that the age difference, which seems “very natural” to the children, has also created “a unique influence of two different generations.”
Meanwhile, their upbringings were also very different: Ben spent a lot of time traveling because his father was in the Navy, while Allison’s interests leaned more toward creativity.
Despite the age difference, Allison and Ben’s families and friends support their relationship. At school, however, it’s a different story.
According to Allison, there have been a few instances where their children’s school friends have asked if Ben was their grandfather and some teachers have mistakenly assumed he was their grandfather.
“I find that sometimes women are judgmental or sometimes rude to me,” Allison continued, admitting that she has also been the subject of cruel messages and comments. their social media page.
Sadly, this recent video is no different, after Allison and Ben shared a series of loved-up snaps over the years.
The adorable images included a photo of the 20-year-old mother of five embracing then-46-year-old Ben and a photo from their wedding, to name a few.
The reel quickly received hundreds of harsh and negative responses as malicious online trolls shared their thoughts en masse.
