A motorcyclist died after a driver in a McLaren -Supercar crashed against him in an alleged hit and run.
The crash, between a white Yamaha engine bike and a purple McLaren, took place on the M2 near Medway, Kent, around 2.30 pm on Sunday, March 9.
Both vehicles traveled in the same direction on the coast -bound lane of the M2, between nodes 3 and 4.
While the emergency services were called on the spot, the rider of the engine, described by the police of Kent, was confirmed as a man in the thirty, death at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the car could not stop on the spot, but the police found him later and arrested him in connection with the collision.
He keeps in custody as the investigations continue.
Kent's police have asked witnesses of the crash to come forward and asks for dashcam images “who also record the way of driving both vehicles before the collision.”
Earlier today, National Highways said that Kent's police had closed the entire highway between Junction 3 and Junction 4.

While the London side was reopened 90 minutes later, the coastal -bound lane, where the crash took place, remains closed.
National motorways said it expected that the route 'will remain closed for the rest of the day'.
It said: 'The London roadway has been reopened.
'There are 20 minutes of delays on the coast of the approach of junction 3.'
