Rupert Lowe organized a dinner for potential donors for hours before he was reported by colleagues at Reform UK in the midst of accusations of bullying and violent threats, the mail can reveal.
The revelation that Mr Lowe still organized fundraising events alongside party treasurer Nick Candy undermines that he was 'out of control' and no longer a team player.
He is confronted with an independent investigation into claims of bullying on his offices. The party said that the evidence had received from 'serious bullying' and 'different' comments about women, with two separate employees who reportedly have made allegations.
He was also reported to the police about claims that he had threatened party chairman Zia Yusuf. Mr Lowe, who had withdrawn the reform whip on Friday, denied the claims.
During the dinner event last Thursday, Mr Lowe Lowe introduced potential financial backers to Mr Candy at the exclusive private food club Oswald's in Mayfair in London. The club, often called the most elite of London, is called the spiritual reform house.
The event took place on the same day that Mr Lowe told the post in an interview that it was 'too early' to assess whether Mr Farage could become PM, insisting that the party had to change a 'protest party led by the Messiah to be a well -structured party'.
Mr Lowe claims that the 'worse' claims against him are directly related to his criticism of the leadership of reform.
Richard Tice, the Reform Advice leader, was challenged yesterday why Mr Lowe was not reported to the police last week – three months after the alleged threat of violence.

Nigel Farage warned yesterday that 'constant battle' could harm the party
He said Sky News: 'There have been various incidents. You are at the point where you can no longer tolerate this. It's really a shame.
'If you can't work with someone, if the situation has become impossible, which unfortunately is where it was, and … it will not end well. We have made the correct judgment. '
During the weekend reform, insiders also accused Mr Lowe of talking to the Daily Mail to try to prove the disclosure of the KC, investigated the bullying accusations against him.
Mr. Tice said: 'Zia Yusuf has made the decision that it was responsible to start an independent investigation at the end of February by a KC. Rupert was told about this at the end of February, somewhere for the [Daily Mail] Interview appeared. '
Sources close to Mr Lowe refute this timeline of events and the request for an interview was made independently by the Daily Mail.
Mr Lowe, who claims that he was regularly excluded from many party meetings, said: 'Nigel Farage refers to reform as' his' party. It is not Nigel's feast. It's not my party. It is certainly not the feast of Zia Yusuf. It is from the members.
'They built it, as much as Nigel or someone of us. It is a betrayal to spend their £ 2 membership subs on this vengeful conspiracy to kick me out. '

The words war between Mr Lowe, who consults lawyers for possible defamation, and party leadership is intensifying instead of dying.
A friend of Mr Lowe, a former chairman of the Premier League Southampton Football Club, said: 'The story of the party unraveled. If Richard Trice says they could no longer work with Rupert, why was he with the reform treasurer at Oswald's of all places?
“He was with one of the oldest figures in the reform the night before they threw him under a bus with that extraordinary explanation that is probably defamatory. It is clear that the explanation was a knee shock reaction because of the party leadership because someone had the temerity to question the style of leadership of Nigel Farage.
'The same people suggest that Rupert ran to the Daily Mail to try to get his defense first before the bullying research emerged. But he spoke with the Daily Mail days before he knew something that a KC was brought in.

'The complaint with the police was because Rupert Lowe Nigel Farage compared to a Messiah. We all know what happened to the last Messiah. '
Mr. Farage warned yesterday that the public “does not like political parties that constantly fights.”
In writing for De Telegraaf, Mr Farage said that he was' sharp 'conscious that the' never-ending civil war that came to define the last conservative government had contributed to the majority of Labor.
Mr. Farage added: 'UK reform is now more important than ever before.
'That is why it is so important that our party – and each of its representatives – behaves in itself at all times. Nothing less will do it. '
In the same piece, Mr Farage said that reform 'had a duty of care for every staff member' and that the chairman was 'completely the same' to appoint a KC to 'conduct an independent investigation' in the plague complaints.
“It is unthinkable that we can easily ignore such allegations,” Mr Farage added.
