Tower Bridge was closed after a man had clamped the sights on handrails – and people who look at breaths.
Photos and images that are shared online showed the meeting of crowds to look up at the man who wore a top of the hood while he was in balance with the iconic intersection in London.
Among those who witnessed the scene was someone who placed X, formerly Twitter: 'This guy is chilling at the moment on Tower Bridge. Traffic and boats all disturbed. '
Many people saw photos taking while emergency services, including firefighters, arrived on the spot.
The last incident comes after a man scaled the Elizabeth tower with Big Ben in Westminster shortly before 7.30 a.m. for 16 hours in a distance.

Daniel Day, 29, of Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex has been accused of causing a public nuisance and entering a protected site in relation to the Elizabeth Tower incident, said the Metropolitan Police today.
