A jealous and controlling former GB athlete team threatened to bury the children of his ex-girlfriend before she finished it, a court heard.
Judo expert Frazer Chamberlain, 33, appeared today in the dock with coercion, stalking and theft.
Public Prosecutor John Carmichael said that the Jury Chamberlain worked from time to time as a judo teacher at a primary school in the local environment and the son of the victim-free judo lessons.
He said that Chamberlain and Katie Snow started a relationship in August 2021. Chamberlain then moved to Mrs. Snow, who lived in Wokingham, Berks.
Mr Carmichael told the jury at Reading Crown Court: 'We look at two and a half years or so of a development relationship.
'The persecution is that after a while it was characterized by really jealous and ownership of his side and by a number of methods.
'To control and lead her existence, to channel her behavior, limit her behavior and constantly control her behavior.
'When she brought the relationship to an end, he remained her actions on just about any form of media that was available.

“She will say that after they have separated, he stole a PlayStation console from her child.
“He was very jealous of her interaction with other men in circumstances of socializing when other men were there.
“He would repeatedly limit her association with other men.”
Under the actions that are reportedly taken by 'jealous' Chamberlain, the social media of his Mrs. Snow went through, and told her not to wear skirts or dresses and install cameras to check her.
Mr. Carmichael said that Chamberlain also obliged his girlfriend from his then to not act on business requests from men with regard to her successful cleaning company, the jury heard.
The public prosecutor said that Chamberlain would require her pin code, take her phone repeatedly daily and checked all the messages in which she had registered – remove her contact with all men.
The jury heard that Chamberlain would be about Mrs. Snow who went through her social media and demanded that she would remove all her contacts with men.
Mr Carmichael added: 'He installed a door camera at the address they shared. That was through his account and he could follow it.
Chamberlain also took control of the bank card of the alleged victim and would check her transactions to find out where she was, the jury heard
'She would find regularly, after she left the address, she would receive an investigation from him over the phone.
“This monitoring through a camera continued. He also received two Alexa devices that could check what would be said in one place and had confirmed those cameras. '
These were placed in the bedroom and kitchen, the jury heard. Mrs Snow would regularly find the Judo expert who interrogates the Alexa device to find out if she had men in the bedroom.
Mr Carmichael added: “Even when he was abroad, she knew that the Alexa cameras were used to follow her behavior in the house.”
Chamberlain also took control of the bank card of the alleged victim and would check her transactions to find out where she was, the jury heard.
On an occasion, Mrs. Snow Communicatie received from Chamberlain and said, “If you love me, you will tell me where you are.”
Chamberlain also used the victim's children as a channel to find out what was going on with their mother, “the public prosecutor added.
The suspect, Van London Road, Wokingham, Berks., Mrs. Snow told when she did something when he left or cheat, he would “bury her, buried her children, stab the social worker, stab her mother.”
He would also put his arm around Mrs. Snow's neck and squeeze very hard – sometimes to the point where she could not breathe, the jury heard.
Mr. Carmichael said: 'He would see that it was all a joke and he did not do it seriously.
'When she finally left him, she received a series of attempts to communicate with her – every way she could block. When she returned to the building, she found a PlayStation of her child taken by him. '
The Judo star was responsible in the dock with two counts of controlling and compelling behavior in an intimate or family relationship between 28 August 2021 and 13 January last year; Stalking with a serious alarm or need between January 13 and February 9 last year and theft of a PlayStation Five console between January 12 and January 22 last year. He is represented in court by defender Oliver Kavanagh.
