Cooper Kupp will be released by De la Rams after the start of the new competition year, unless a trade occurs, according to reports.
NFL -Sinsider Adam Schefter was the first to connect the news about the brutal decision of the Rams about Kupp, which has been strongly connected in recent months to a relocation of Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old broad recipient is on his way to the exit after eight seasons in Sofi Stadium, where he started his NFL career in 2017.
The news about his approaching departure comes after the Rams reportedly sealed a huge two-year-old deal of two years, $ 46 million to sign another veteran-wide receiver in Davante Adams.
Adams, whose rumor contract is guaranteed $ 26 million, goes to LA after he has been released by the New York Jets.
Kupp made 113 performances for the Rams after he was selected by the team in the third round (69th General) of the 2017 design.

Cooper Kupp will be released by De la Rams after the start of the new competition year

The 31-year-old broad recipient has spent his entire eight-year-old NFL career with the Rams
The former star East Washington College turned out to be crucial in their super bowl triumph in 2021 and picked up the MVP prize after eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns in a 23-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
He was also named the attacking player of the year of the NFL for that season after he led the competition in receptions, received recruiting and received touchdowns.
The Spectacular 2021 campaign from Kupp also earned him his first and only Pro Bowl and First Team All-Pro selections.
He posted earlier on X that the team tried to exchange him 'immediately'. Kupp missed five games last season due to injuries, but insisted that he was 'as healthy as always' when he apparently prepares for a new team.
Rams GM Les Snead also told reporters this week that the franchise icon that returned to the team next season was the 'least likely' scenario.
Adams is now ready to replace Kupp in Sofi Stadium after he has agreed a lucrative deal with the rams in the aftermath of his departure of his jets.
The 32-year-old last year was 1,063 Yards and eight touchdowns in action for the Las Vegas Raiders and New York, where he moved to the middle season.
He was traded to the jets on October 15 and eventually only played 11 games for the franchise while at the end of the season they sputtered to a hugely disappointing 5-12 record.
