The British YouTuber Yung -Merrieveveulen is on trial after being accused of raping a woman in his hotel room in Perth.
Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, 24, is accused of sexual abuse of a woman in her 20s after a performance in Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 28, 2024.
He did not argue on Tuesday guilty of eight charges at Perth Magistrates Court.
These charges include abuse with physical damage, which take the normal breathing or blood circulation of a person by exerting pressure on the neck and sexual penetration without permission.
The case will now be moved to court for a court session in June.
He did not answer questions from reporters, the West -Australian reports, but said it was a 'beautiful day'.
Mr Barrientos received a fine of $ 1000 and handed a six -month driving ban in January after he was found guilty of reckless driving.
