A schoolgirl is accused tonight of murder after the body of a three -year -old mother was found after a house fire.
The girl, 13, who cannot be called for legal reasons, is also accused of arson with an attempt to jeopardize life.
She will appear tomorrow at the Northampton Magistrates court.
The body of a woman, supposed to be 43-year-old Marta Bednarczyk, was found yesterday at 3 o'clock in Wellingborough after the blaze in Newcomen Road, in Wellingborough.
A post-mortem investigation in Leicester Royal Infirmary discovered that she died as a result of a 'sharp force injury', said the police of Northamptonshire.

Detective Chief Spesp Johnny Campbell, the senior research officer of the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said: 'I want to take the time to thank the many police and employees who work and continue to work tirelessly on this study since the very tragic events of the early yesterday morning.
'And in particular all our thoughts are with Marta's family that have been completely cooperative in what a devastating few days has been before them.
“Given the developments tonight, we will not give any further comments at the moment.”
