The Ministry of Education sent a notification on Tuesday in which employees were informed that all offices in the Washington region, DC for 'security reasons' would be closed on Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
'All ED offices in the NCR and the regions are closed for employees and contractors employees on Wednesday 12 March', the notification of James Hairfield, of the Office of Security, Facilities and Logistics at the Department of Education.
The e -mail reported all employees to get their work laptops from the office and work from home from Wednesday 12 March.
“Employees are not allowed in an ED facility on Wednesday 12 March for whatever reason,” said the E -Mail.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Education did not respond to a request for comments.
Sources that are familiar with the upcoming promotion by civil servants of the educational department have an example of FOX News a notification of 'reduction' for Tuesday, where almost half of all employees are expected.
President Donald Trump campaigned the idea of closing the Ministry of Education and to divert most of the financing to the States.
He appointed former CEO of the WWE Linda McMahon as department secretary.

McMahon gave a preview on Friday that Trump would continue with an executive order to dismantle the department.
'I think he is definitely planning to sign the order, and we talked about it. He has made it clear since the time he was for President that this is his intention, “McMahon told Fox & Friends in an interview.
On Friday, McMahon also said that she would continue to work with the congress to ensure that students would still receive help with student loans.
“This is not Turn the Lights and walks out of the department,” she told NewsNation in an interview. “It is in close consultation with the congress and looks at how the needs of students can best be maintained.”
