This is the first photo of a three -year -old mother who died after a suspected arson.
The body of Marta Bednarczyk, 43, was discovered in a house in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, around 3 o'clock on Monday.
Today, a 13-year-old girl grabbed a teddy bear when she appeared in court accused of murder and arson.
The teenager, who cannot be mentioned for legal reasons, only spoke to confirm her name and date of birth when she appeared to the court of Northampton Magistrates today.
Three magistrates took the girl back in secure youth accommodation and ordered her to appear before a judge at Northampton Crown Court on Wednesday afternoon.
The girl wore a gray round sweater and jogging bottoms and grabbed a teddy bear with both hands while she was taken into custody.
Friends of Mrs. Bednarczyk, originally from Poland, paid tribute today. One said: 'She was a sweet lady, we are all in shock.
'I saw her husband on Monday just after she died and he just looked in shock.

“Marta and her husband have been to Wellingborough for a long time.”
Mrs. Bednarczyk was a regular customer with the local Polish store Big Europe, a five -minute walk from her house.
An employee said to MailOnline: 'She was really a nice lady and she will be missed.
'She often came in, usually to buy some pieces of meat. She had mainly arrived with her husband.
“Nobody knows why anyone would harm her. It's really sad. '
