An 'aggressive' sausage dog killed a newborn baby after veterinarians ignored the concerns of her parents and refused to eutanize the animal.
The dachshund reportedly jumped into the baby's cradle and quietly strangled the little child with his jaws while her parents slept well.
The shocking attack took place only a month after the family welcomed their second child in their house in the Russian city of Severk in Siberia.
In the night of March 10, the pet clamped his jaw firmly around the baby's neck and killed her without barking or growling.
Tragically enough, the parents only discovered what had happened the next morning.

This led them to try to eutanize the dog, but the veterinarians refused because the animal was healthy.
