Harvey Weinstein, the Chattered Film Mogul, who is now behind bars Rot, will spend his birthday on Rikers Island next week and offered a grim prediction that this might be his last.
“I will be 73 next Wednesday and I am in a place where I think I will not come to 74,” the convicted sex offender told DailyMail.com on Thursday in an unsolicited phone call to DailyMail.com from the infamous New York prison.
“I will talk to my friends on the phone,” he said in revealing his pathetic birthday plans. “But there is no party here. There is never a party at Rikers Island. It is absolutely horrible. '
A day earlier, the poster boy of the #Metoo movement flashed a gap teeth smile in a criminal courtroom during a hearing prior to his upcoming introduction of rape in New York City.
Back at Rikers, Weinstein brought his dental problems to Dailymail.com while regretted the sad state of his health.
He is plagued by numerous health problems, including chronic myeloid leukemia, heart problems and diabetes, and his lawyers have submitted a legal claim that accuses the facility of 'continuous medical negligence'.
“People say, why did you smile yesterday?” Said Weinstein, who clearly read news reports that describing him descriptively before the court. 'The reason I smiled because Rikers Island, they don't treat your teeth, they just pull your teeth.
“And that's just dentistry,” he went on. “They get the medicine wrong. The nurses change every five minutes. I caught so many mistakes. I had four emergency trips to Bellevue (hospital), including a heart surgery that if they didn't come right away, I would die. I mean, I had double pneumonia.

“The conditions here are unbearable and I speak not only for me, but also for the other people who don't have a voice,” he said. “This is inhumane, horrible and must be broken down.”
But he remains hopeful that he comes from Rikers and can live a free man for the rest of his years.
He returned to Rikers from the state prison in April after a Court of Appeal in New York had destroyed his conviction 2020 rape and sexual violence. The recording is expected to start next month.
He also has an appeal in California, where he received a 16-year-old sentence in 2022 for a separate rape order in Los Angeles.
He said he can testify on his behalf at the introduction in New York.
“My lawyer is talking about me that testifies and it is certainly not out of my authority to take that seriously because I am innocent and every deed with these women was consensual,” he said.
On that front he wished praise for an unlikely ally, extreme right-wing provocateur Candace Owens, who recently defended him on her YouTube channel.
She claims that he was driven by the #MeToo movement, which broke out in 2017 when women were made public with reports of his behavior.

He has long maintained that every sexual activity was consensual.
He is recovered for accusation that in 2006 he performed oral sex on a film and TV production assistant and raped an aspiring actor in 2013.
An extra costs, submitted in September, claims that he forced oral sex with another woman in a hotel in Manhattan in 2006.
