A federal judge has sensational a lawsuit for sexual violence against FOX News with regard to accusations against former anchor Ed Henry.

Prosecutor Jennifer Eckhart, a former producer at Fox News, brought her court case against the network in 2020 and claimed that it did not take action after Henry had raped her.

Eckhart also claimed that she was dismissed from FOX News in retaliation for her complaints about the alleged attack, and accused Henry of explicit “revenge porn” images of her.

But in a decision this week, judge Ronnie Abrams of the American court ruled in favor of FOX News, because she decided that the network was not acting incorrectly.

“There is no direct evidence that Fox News was aware of Herry's alleged intimidation of Eckhart before (her fires) took place,” said Abrams in a summary that was first reported by the wrap.

Fox News argued earlier that when she fired Eckhart, it was not out of retaliation because she only came up with her claims against Henry after she had ended.

The network insisted that it had “legitimate, non-produced reasons to end her.”

Eckhart claimed that although the court FOX News had not failed, she is planning to continue her allegations against Henry and 'looks forward to holding it responsible for a jury', with the trial that starts on 12 May.

In a statement that praises the throwing of the lawsuit this week, Fox News said that it was “satisfied with the decision of the court that speaks for himself.”

“When learning the allegations of Jennifer Eckhart in 2020, Fox News immediately conducted an investigation by an externally independent law firm and ended Ed Henry within six days,” the statement continued.

'The discovery in this issue confirmed that Fox News was not aware of their relationship or of the allegations of Mrs. Eckhart until after she left the company. The only people who know what happened between Mr Henry and Mrs. Eckhart are the two. '

Lawyers for Eckhart said in response to the ruling that she intends to bring her allegations for a jury and is planning to 'appeal to Fox News at the right time'.

Eckhart accused Henry of handcuffs, beating and raping. Henry has denied accusations that he has sexually abused Eckhart and insisted that they had a consensual relationship.

Henry claimed that they were in a kinky affair, DailyMail.com revealed earlier that the two are involved in ordinary exchanges.

In her own statement, Eckhart added: “Although I am grateful that the court recognized the need for a jury to hear my claims against my rapist Ed Henry, this fight is greater than me.”

She said that her decision to appeal is “about changing a corporate culture that makes it possible to make abuse, fear, intimidation and silence possible.

“No company may protect predators while they dare to speak survivors who dared to speak.”

Henry denied the allegations of Eckhart and said that the claims that he shared 'revenge porn' were not supported because many of the images were not of Eckhart and should not be considered pornography, according to the wrap.

A judge rejected the revenge porn -claim against Henry, but has allowed claims of abuse, battery, sex trade and intimidation.

The trial against Henry starts on May 12.

Eckhart was an associated producer at FOX News, but her termination came as a result of 'substantial performance deficits', the network claimed.

The network said she was fired after she had set up a 'performance improvement plan', and her final resignation before she once submitted complaints about her interactions with Henry.

Eckhart's lawyers argued that “the record is full of disputes about whether the performance of Mrs. Eckhart was in fact bad.”

She was fired in June 2020, two weeks before she made accusations against Henry through a lawyer, claiming that his 'incorrect behavior' started around 2014 and culminated in the alleged rape in February 2017.

Henry was then fired after Eckhart came up with her allegations and Fox News announced his departure on 'based on research results' about his alleged 'deliberately sexual misconduct'.

In 2022, the same judge rejected that this week in favor of FOX News judged a convenient procedure that Henry had submitted against the network and claimed that the company's statement was 'publicly' to 'humiliate' him in the trial.
