'I want to stab and kill my brother, I even take an antipsychotic. If you have to give pity, give it to the victims. '
These are the shocking words that are scribbled in blue ink over a handmade cardboard sign that a six -year -old girl was forced to keep in the snow for hours.
Her parents Cody Allen Scott, 33, and Kylie Jo Scott, 34, were arrested after shocked passers -by in Logansport, Indiana, called 911 on January 19.
Cody, a LoganSport police officer, brutally known the crime when he responded to the report himself and claimed that this was the only punishment that worked on her.
The girl was previously forced to take another sign to school with the lecture 'I pee on everything and cover it like a cat', a Howard County DCS CaseWorker told the police.
Another time she had to walk around Walmart with a wore that read: “I lie to hurt other people,” according to her school.
Cody confronted the 911 -Beller near where his daughter stood at 18f again, who told him: “This baby is here in the ice cold with a plate.”
“Yes, she comes out here every 30 minutes and she goes back every 10 minutes to warm up again,” he replied, all trapped on his own bodycam.

Then another passer -by, an older man, arrived and asked, “I just wanted to know why she had to stand out here?”
“Do you want the short version or the long version?” Scott told him.
“The short version is probably the best,” the man replied.
“Well, sir, apart from me who hit her physically, I didn't do any other punishment that worked for her,” Scott explained.
“She threatens to kill my family, she wants to embarrass us, she wants to pee on herself and destroy things in the house.
'I have involved a DCS caseworker, she has been in therapy for three years, she also has the Wrap Around program at school.
