A man from Texas accused of killing his wife with a clothing iron was found in his house with blood over his clothes after she had left her four dogs on the highway.
The Houston police were called to the house of chance Chavez, 34, which was found on his arms, legs and clothing around 7:30 am. He stood in the doorway with his hands up, the police said.
