A tenant was taken out after he claimed that she was threatened with a fine after she and her pregnant roommate tried to leave their apartment at the weekend.

Darcy O'Malley, 30, wanted to use the Lift to leave her $ 760-per-week apartment in East Perth on a Saturday after having spent the last five years in the 34 floors building.

She claimed that the buildings Strata Company Richardson Strata Management Tenants forbade the lifts to move furniture during the weekend.

Mrs. O'Malley was furious after he heard that a Kerbside collection was planned on Monday – encouraged with residents to get rid of their extensive waste.

“In which world does an apartment building not move in a weekend?” She said in a tap video on March 7.

“They get a nice Google review from mine, one star, f *** your owners' council.”

Mrs. O'Malley organized most of the move itself because her roommate is heavily pregnant and as a result, requested permission for special circumstances to move on Saturday, which is usually not allowed.

Building Management refused the request, but Mrs. O'Malley decided to continue.

“I was not going to, no worries, happy to dispute it to the court,” she said.

As a result, Mrs O'Malley claimed that she had confronted the risk with a fine for the use of the lift, despite the fact that others in the building used it to move furniture.

The 34-year-old said that the 'Kicker' was an e-mail from management about a traffic collection of large furniture that was due to the Monday after her move.

'Our building managers have sent an e -mail to everyone who says that instead of the Kerbside collection all your furniture and all your *** want to go out [on] Saturday and Sunday, “she said.

“How makes it logical that we get a fine for moving furniture on weekends, but they told all the residents in the building to move S *** for Kerbside collection this weekend?”

Mrs. O'Malley said that everyone was 'Tag-Teaming' and moved their furniture down for the collection.

“So when they look at the cameras and say,” they have moved, “just like any other man and their bloody dog,” she said.

Each Strata building has its own set of articles or articles of association in which it is sketched what can and cannot be done on the site, especially in common areas.

These can include which actions must be taken by residents who move in and out of real estate.

A Strata manager joined the comments from the video of Mrs. O'Malley to emphasize this fact, but added that management cannot impose fines.

“Your rules or statutes cannot be unreasonable and dictate when someone can and cannot move is not ok!” They said.

'Control infringing messages are something if you violate the rules (or articles of association).

“By saying that, you can't just jump straight to this infringement, you first have to give warnings to remedy.”

Richardson Strata Management, which runs the O'Malley building, said that the rules were established by the Strata company that consists of owners of the units.

“The Strata Company has never allowed people to move on a Saturday from the first day,” executive director Karen Richardson told Yahoo.

“Every strata company has its own rules that they expect to adhere to.”

Strata Community Association WA told Daily Mail Australia that rules in Strata buildings are important to meet the needs of all residents.

In the case of O'Malley, the association emphasized that the induction process of the building included INormation when booking the lifts to move.

“Building rules, such as lift booking requirements, are essential to ensure that shared facilities remain accessible, safe and well maintained to everyone,” said Kerrin Simmonds, general manager of the branch.

“Even when individual circumstances are a challenge.”

The association said that communication between residents and construction management was encouraged when exceptional circumstances occur.

O'Malley and other tenants received new guidelines for the property on 11 March.

In a follow -up video she said that 'nothing' had been recorded in the guide about it in or out in a weekend.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Richardson Strata Management for comment.
