A Woman who was linked during a night out was taken out at a location because he did not do enough to protect customers, because more people come up with horror stories about attacks.
Britt Michell, 31, was out on Saturday evening with friends in Live Music Bar The Rogue Scholar in Newcastle.
She claimed that a man who seemed to be in fifty struck her so hard that her glasses flew off her face.
Mrs. Michell's partner claimed that the location did not call the police and allowed the man to leave without repercussions.
The bar hit back and said in now removed Facebook comments that it had called officers, while it claimed that it was only the second violent incident that would happen in the last five years.
The claim was made despite a band that withdrew from a coming performance in the location after one of the members said that their partner had been attacked outside the pub in January.
Mrs. Michell said it was the second time she was attacked while she was out, with her story that other women encourages their own horror stories from Nights Out to be put forward in Newcastle.
Her fiancé Hayley Goldie told Daily Mail Australia that there seemed to be an unacceptable night life culture where women were attacked in the city.

Mrs. Goldie, who is 32, was not with Mrs. Michell in the evening out, but shared the account of her fiancé on social media.
“She was going to get help at the bar and said they should call the police … and the man followed her and tried to attack her again,” she said.
'Britt was led to believe that the police took care of it and that she could leave the location. '
Mrs. Goldie said that when her partner left the location, the guard said that the police “was never there, never called and there will probably be nothing of the attack.”
“She was gas lit by the owners of this location to think she got help while it was indeed never happening and the location just left this man,” she said.
“They did absolutely nothing that a woman was beaten by a man in their location.”
Daily Mail Australia contacted the Rogue Scholar for comment.
The location responded to the comment of a social media user on the Facebook message in which it was explained: “Police was called and the person was arrested.”
The messages have since been deleted.

The Rogue Scholar then shared a statement on Instagram and Facebook on Monday – before both accounts were deleted on Tuesday morning.
'THe individual responsible and other people who were directly involved in the incident were immediately removed from the location and our employees immediately provided help to the injured person, “said the statement.
“We really believed that we were acting with the greatest care and concern.
“At any time it seemed to us that the injured person was dissatisfied with the support we offered.”
The NSW police confirmed that an investigation was started on Sunday, after receiving a report from the incident – of which Mrs Goldie said the couple was made.
Mrs. Goldie said that the test remains raw, with her fiancé not ready to speak publicly.

This is the second time that Mrs. Michell has been attacked, after a group of men reportedly jumped her in September 2017 at the Newtown train station in the Inward West of Sydney.
“She has to deal with all these emotions by being attacked, and then the trauma brings up when it happened earlier,” said Mrs. Goldie.
The couple, who has been together for two years, shares four sons between the age of four and 13.
“We have been so open because we want to train for the next generation,” said Mrs. Goldie.
“The little ones, they understand an aspect, but we have a 13 -year -old who is so angry.”
Since he is made public with the incident, Mrs. Goldie says that many other women have been contacted to share their experiences with violence in Newcastle.
“My inbox is flooded with survivors and people who send me messages,” she said.
Pop-Punk Band Radio X also announced on Monday that it will not play at the Rogue Scholar Verserveer.
