The grieving parents of Sudiksha Konanki reportedly asked the Dominican authorities to formally explain that she is dead.
A source with direct knowledge of the research told DailyMail.com that, 11 days after she disappeared during the early hours of 6 March during the spring break in Punta Cana, her family accepted that she will not be found alive.
Her disappearance led to an intense search with multiple authorities, despite the authorities who warned at an early age that she was probably tragically drowned in the rough search.
Now a local source claims her Trefing parents Subbarayudu and Sreedevi have submitted a formally written request to the National Police for a 'legal declaration of death'.
Sudiksha's parents reportedly noticed in the letter that they trust the investigations of the authorities.
They would also reportedly wrote that the young person last worked with their daughter, publicly identified as the 22-year-old Joshua Riibe, completely collaborated with the police.
There is no evidence of cheating, the insider added.
