Donald Trump announced a massive reversal of decades of American environmental policy on Monday, while he promised to open coal -fired power plants 'immediately'.
Since the early 2000s, the United States left of coal dependence when it was discovered that the coal-burning process broadcasts carbon dioxide-to-scientists that it is mainly responsible for climate change.
