A 'nightmare' neighbor was kicked out of his flat after a campaign of intimidation and violence, while residents describe their 'terrible' trial.
Phillip Herrick, 62, 'repeatedly' focused on people who live around him and staff members in a real estate management service.
He was given a civil command at Cheltenham and Gloucester County Court for his behavior while living in Berkeley Street in Cheltenham.
The police say that the application has been submitted after continuous high levels of antisocial behavior aimed at residents and staff of Cambray Property Management, who manage the property.
The antisocial behavior of Herrick, together with arrears for non-payment of his services, led to the forfeiture of his apartment being granted by the court in August 2024.

The business was brought against Herrick by Solace, a joint team of officers of Gloucestershire Constabulary, Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucester City Council.
The order against Herrick forbids him to take on behavior caused or is able to cause and use and use or threatens to use violence against a person within the municipality of Cheltenham.

PCSO Morag Gordon said: 'I think people should be able to come to work and live peacefully in their homes without worrying about Herrick's actions.
“This order shows that threats of violence and intimidation are not tolerated.”
