Six people appeared in court about the murder of a four -year -old mother who was shot in front of her door in what the police say can be a case of wrong identity.
Joanne Penney, 40, died after he was shot at an address in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf on 9 March.
Five people were accused of murder and one of helping a perpetrator when they appeared before Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday.
Tracey Lloyd-Clarke, the recorder of Cardiff, has set a test date for October 20. Procedures are expected to take six to eight weeks. A pretial hearing will be held on July 7.
No supplications were introduced during Tuesday's hearing and all the defendants were taken into custody.
Jordan Mills-Smith, 32, from Pentwyn, Cardiff; Marcus Huntley, 20, by St. Mellons, Cardiff; Melissa Quailey-Dashper, 39, from Leicester; Joshua Gordon, 27, from Oadby, Leicestershire; And Tony Porter, 68, from Braunstone Town, Leicestershire, are all accused of murder.
Porter is also accused of participating in the criminal activities of an organized crime group.
Kristina Ginova, 21, from Oadby, Leicestershire, is responsible for helping a perpetrator.

Huntley, Gordon and Porter – who had difficulty coming to court and had to sit in the entire procedure – appeared in the dock.
Mrs. Penney died after he was shot in the chest at an address in Llys Illtyd, in Talbot Green.
Emergency services attended the scene to find Mrs. Penney with serious injuries and she was declared dead.
Last Monday, neighbors took flowers to the Cordon and described their shock about the incident.
Some said they had heard a shot in the area that is close to a shopping park.
In a tribute, Mrs. Penney's family said: 'We were destroyed by the tragic loss of our beloved Joanne. She was a daughter, mother, sister and niece – loved everyone who knew her.
