Two British warships were used to guide a few Russian military ships from the English canal has been revealed.
The RAF said today that the Royal Navy HMS Cattistock and HMS Somerset had used the waters near Folkestone and Dover to escort the Russian torpedo -hunter Severomorsk and landing ship Aleksandr Shabalin away from the UK region.
The Air Force said that his P-8 Poseidon force discovered the threat yesterday, adding that the Royal Navy had broadcast the British warships.
The army of Belgium said that his Navy had discovered the Severomorsk in NATO waters during 'the night from 15 to 16 March'.
The Severomorsk, which is more than 530 ft long and 20 ft wide, has a top speed of 35 knots (40 mph).
It is filled with eight anti-aircraft weather and navy cannons, 72 anti-ship and surface-air missiles and 44 anti-underlaying torpedoes and missile throwers. It is staffed by a supplement of 300 people.
The Aleksandr Shabalin is now 369 ft long and 49ft wide. It has a top speed of 18 knots (20 mph) and is armed with two pistol confirmations and six rockets.
But it can wear up to 500 tonness armored vehicles and 225 Marines.

The worrying appearance of the two Russian warships comes only a few weeks after a Russian military ship accompanied a sanctioned Russia-connected cargo ship through the English canal.
Armed staff were seen that machine guns on the Boikiy, a 343ft-long Russian Corvette, can transport up to 99 men at the same time.

The Escort Mission of the Boikiy started at 5 am on 3 March south of Torquay.
The convoy slowly traveled over the English canal, before it was followed by two ships, HMS Somerset of the Royal Navy and the Belgian Navy Ship BNS Crocus.
The Baltic leader was then seen who left the English canal on March 4 at 2 p.m.
