Elon Musk and his alleged baby Mama Ashley St. Clair will fight for custody over their son behind closed doors after a movement to seal the public's matter.
Maga influencer St. Clair, 26, had sued the Tesla CEO and X owner, 53, in search of the only custody of their son she says they share, and that he does a paternity test.
In a new document that was submitted on Friday, an order for sealing in the case was granted in the case.
The registrations that were publicly available are now sealed, with hearings in the case that is held behind closed doors.
Musk has also appointed a lawyer to represent him in the court case after he was previously accused of causing 'unnecessary need' because he did not accept the application.
The report for seal was submitted on Sunday by his lawyer, Alyssa Rower, according to the online service of New York Courts.
Musk was planned to appear in the court at the end of May in the legal dispute about the son of St. Clair, who goes through RSC in the court documents, but that will now be kept private.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, St. Clair's lawyer Karen Rosenthal said: 'The courtroom is closed and the record is sealed. Unlike that, I have no comment. '

Rosenthal had previously said that Musk had demonstrated 'unnecessary Gamesmanship' after he had not recognized the lawsuit or appointed a lawyer.
The child was born in September 2024 and St. Clair says in her application for the paternity test that she and Musk started a 'romantic relationship' in or around May 2023.
St. Clair says that Musk has only met the boy three times and that she is the only parent who makes decisions on behalf of the child.
She claims that Musk was not present before the birth of their child and did not show an interest in having custody.
According to the court documents, St Clair says that she believes that the child was conceived on the island of St. Barts.
In her guardianship bag, St. Clair writes that it is in the best interest of the child that she has some legal and physical custody.
She claims that the Musk met the boy for the first time on September 21, 2024, in New York City, where she lives for two hours.
The three would then have spent an hour together the next day, followed by a trip to Austin, Texas, in which he met the boy for 30 minutes.

Alleged SMS reports from the birth of the child were also added to the suit, including one of the day the boy was born.
St. Clair had sent Musk a photo of her who held the newborn in the delivery room.

In another, St. Clair sent him a selfie from her and a friend, to which Musk replied: “Hello Cutie.” She then texted him back and said, “Hello, goodbye.”

Other messages show that Musk is talking about a credible death threat in his life and said that he was '#2 after Trump for murder'.
He told her: 'Wake up. This is not the moment for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake about security [REDACTED] Will never know his father. '
St. Clair replied: “That is why the father is good at his birth certificate, E. Everything has my last name.”

In another text exchange, which is undated, St. Clair says that she feels that their relationship is 'broken' when Musk's Fixer and right -hand man Jared Birchaall 'became involved'
He added: “Well, we have a legion of children to make.”
She announced the baby in a post on the evening of Valentine's Day and said: 'Five months ago I welcomed a new baby in the world. Elon Musk is the father.
'I have not announced this before to protect the privacy and safety of our child, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media want to do this, regardless of the damage it will cause.
'I intend to grow our child in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor the privacy of our child and abandon invasive reporting. '
Shortly after the announcement, Musk wrote a cryptic post to X in response to a fan who said that making 'another baby' was another 'side quests' by Musk. Musk responded with crying smiling emoji.
DailyMail.com revealed that about a year ago St. Clair moved to a chic apartment in Manhattan near the town hall, which cost around $ 12,000 to $ 15,000 a month.

Until now, the billionaire has conceived 12 children with three different women. His last with St. Clair would be 13th.
Musk's lawyer in the case was approached for comment.
