Kash Patel celebrated the conquest of a senior leader of the notorious MS-13 gang and one of the 'ten most wanted fugitive fighters' of the FBI.

Francisco Javier Román Bardales, an alleged gang leader from El Salvador, was arrested earlier this week by the Mexican authorities.

Bardales is said to be a senior leader of the Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13 gang, a group that Trump consistently tried to end the American presence after Joe Biden was accused of offering members of members. '

He was arrested on Monday in the mountains of the state Gulf Coast Veracruz by soldiers and federal agents.

“This is a big win, both for our law enforcement partners and for a safer America,” wrote Patel.

Patel added that Bardales was transported within the US. He thanked the Mexican authorities for their support.

Mexico's security head Omar García Harfuch welcomed the arrest on Monday, of which his agency said it was the result of international cooperation. The office referred to its transfer as a deportation to the United States.

Román Bardales is confronted with charges with regard to violent crime, drug distribution and extortion in the eastern district of New York.

The charges relate to “different offenses for his alleged role in ordering countless acts of violence against citizens and rival gang members, as well as his role in drug distribution and extortion schemes in the United States and El Salvador.”

The Mara Salvatrucha was one of the eight Latin -American criminal organizations that declared foreign terrorist organizations last month.

The arrest and rapid transfer came only a few weeks after Mexico handed 29 drug cartel figures, including Drug Lord Rafael Caro Quintero, who was behind an American DEA agent in 1985.

The acting head of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, Derek Maltz, reportedly gave the White House a list of nearly 30 Mexican goals that were sought in the US against criminal prosecution.

Mexico has also performed the operations against the Sinaloa cartel, a head trader from Fentanyl to the United States.

President Claudia Sheinbaum has worked to show US President Donald Trump that Mexico is a reliable partner for safety and immigration. The results have so far kept the most rates of Trump at a distance.

The Trump government sent two other top members from MS-13 to El Salvador this weekend, together with hundreds of Venezuelan immigrants.

Trump has demanded that Mexico strengthens his protocols with regard to cartels, illegal immigration and fentanyl production. In exchange, the president promised to postpone the rates.

“This is a big win, both for our law enforcement partners and for a safer America,” Patel said in a statement

The president has designated eight Latin -American organizations for drug trafficking – including six Mexican cartels – terrorist organizations.

“As President Trump made clear, his cartels of terrorist groups, and this Ministry of Justice is dedicated to destroying cartels and transnational gangs,” said the American attorney -general Pam Bondi in a statement.

“We will prosecute these criminals to the limit of the law in honor of the brave law enforcement officers who have dedicated their career – and in some cases, given their lives – to protect innocent people against the scourge of violent cartels,” she added.

The extradition of Kartel came when the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mexico Juan Ramón de la Fuente and other officials in Washington visited to meet their counterparts, including State Secretary Marco Rubio, Minister of Defense Pete Hegseeth and Bondi.

“This is historic, this really never happened in the history of Mexico,” said Mike Vigil, former Dea -head of international operations. “This is a very festive thing for the drug Enforcement Administration.”
