On March 13 we published an article that wrongly stated that only 14% of people who claim that disability benefits can prove that they are too sick to work. This was based on incorrect interpretation of government figures, which said that 14% of universal credit claimers who had limited capacity for work and work -related activities could provide acceptable medical evidence of limited capacity to work, and therefore did not need an assessment of work capacity.
