Virgin Australia has launched a huge sale with some flights that sold for just $ 45.
The eight-day sale, including domestic and international flights, started on Wednesday and lasts until midnight on Wednesday 26 March, Aest.
Discounts apply for selected flights between April 30 of this year and 11 February 2026.
Speed members can still earn speed frequent flyer points and credits on the rates, the airline explained.
The cheapest one-way route is Ballina (Byron Bay) to Sydney, which is priced at only $ 45 for an economy ticket.
Business class on the same route costs $ 219.
A flight from Sydney to the Gold Coast will also restore travelers only $ 65.
Between Brisbane and Proserpine in the Whitsundays the rates start at $ 69, while tickets between Sydney and Melbourne start at $ 95.

Those in Melbourne who want to escape for a tropical outing on Hamilton Island can buy a flight for just $ 139.
In the meantime, Melburnians wanted to go to the west coast from $ 195 to Perth.
For flights between Sydney and Perth, the rates start from $ 199.
The courier will also link Australia to popular international destinations, including Samoa, Fiji, Bali, Vanuatu and Nieuw -Zeeland.

Virgin Australia director Libby Minogue said she believes that more Australian travelers than ever in the middle of the year are looking for an outing.
“We see a growing trend of Aussies taking vacation to rejuvenate and reset, because disconnecting daily life is becoming more challenging,” she said.
“This is reflected in the behavior of our Velocity members, we have seen an increase of 17 percent in members who use their points to exchange flights compared to last year.”
She said that the sale is the 'perfect opportunity' for travelers to book their vacation.
