Prince Harry saw radiant on Tuesday after the federal government stated that he received no special treatment when he registered a visa in the US.
The Duke of Sussex seemed to be at ease when he got out of a van to do the shopping in Santa Barbara, California – where he lives with his wife, Meghan Markle.
It seemed as if a weight of the 40-year-old had been accused of lying about his drug use on his visa papers.
But in heavily reduced documents, a lawyer from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said that his application followed all 'applicable rules and regulations'.
The ruling marks the end of the lawsuit of the right -wing Heritage Foundation against the federal agency to prove that Harry lied in his application – which led to speculation that President Donald Trump can deport the prince.
Harry has publicly spoken about the use of cannabis, cocaine and magical mushrooms in his memoirs, reserve and in his Netflix TV series.
He had said that in his immigration forms when he moved to the US in 2020, the prince could have gained access or could have been confronted with further interrogation.
Nevertheless, the documents that were released on Tuesday after page blocked type contain an attempt to protect Harry's privacy and to prevent it from being subjected to 'intimidation'.

His actual immigration file is also still private, with Jarrod Panter, the Chief Freedom of Information Act Officer at DHS, and said that the agency determined that it was not possible to release 'part' of Harry's records if anyone with familiarity with the immigration legislation could easily determine the status of Harry.
The prince did not publicly unveil his status in the US after immersing in 2020 with Markle, 43, with whom he has two children.
Panter wrote that the American immigration is routinely protecting against disclosure of non -immigrants/immigrant status that is sought by third parties who do not have permission from the beneficiary to receive this information. “
He said, “Releasing such information would possibly expose the individual to members of the public who have a reason to manipulate or bother individuals, depending on their status in the United States.”
Harry's making such information to 'reasonably expected damage in the form of intimidation and undesirable contact by the media and others'.
Panter then rejects the idea that Harry had received 'preferential treatment'.
He wrote: 'This speculation by (heritage) does not point to any proof of government misconduct.
“The data, as explained above, do not support such a statement, but show the regulation process involved in assessing and granting immigration benefits that were made in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act and applicable rules and regulation.”

Panters' explanation also contained a list of seven -page list of documents that were identified in the case, but they were all edited.
Four of the other documents are statements from records at DHS and they also have heavy editors.
The sixth document is a partial transcript of a hearing at Camera from 30 April 2024 in which both parties discuss the case.
There is a fleeting reference to the stab of the musician and another person – it is not clear who.
“… In or Prince Harry or Sting or someone else you can think of who is prominent, has a certain visa status,” says one of the documents.
The files were released after a U-turn by Judge Carl Nichols, who is in Washington and supervises the case.
In September Nichols refused Heritage's request to release all documents because the Duke was entitled to privacy.
But after a hearing, he reconsidered and said he wanted to reveal the 'maximum amount' that he could.

The released documents include a statement from Jarrod Panter, Chief Foia Officer at DHS, who said that the agency determined that it was not possible to release 'no part' from Harry's records, because anyone with a familiarity with the immigration legislation could easily determine the status of Harry
The case has led to speculation that Donald Trump could kick out the country, as the president said last year that he would “not protect him.”
But last month Trump changed his tune and said he would not deport Harry – because his wife is 'terrible'.
In conversation with the New York Post, the president said he gave Harry a break because “he has enough problems with his wife.”
Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation – the think tank in Washington that is behind the legal fight to make Harry's visa documents public – spoke exclusively with Dailymail.com after the release of the document on Tuesday.
“These documents do not change the big whole in any way, that is that Harry's Visa application must be fully released to the American public,” he said.
'The American public deserves to know how he entered the country and whether he did it legally.

'The documents are so heavily edited by the BIDen era Department of Homeland Security that they do not offer any answers at all.
'I believe that these documents will only strengthen the calls of the entire Harry Visa file.
'The American public deserves to see Harry's records if there is nothing to hide.
'These documents are written under the administration of Joe Biden and offer a complete lack of transparency and accountability.
“The government of President Trump has promised transparency and responsibility, especially about the subject of immigration,” he continued.
“In my opinion, there is a very strong opportunity that the Trump administration will release the visa file of Harry in a full, non -edactive and complete way.”
