Paddy McGuinness sells the marital house that he shares with ex-wife Christine for £ 6.5 million, MailOnline can reveal.
The TV presenter, 51, put the vast mansion with seven bedrooms on the market in the middle of claims from sources close to Christine, 36, she is 'miserable' and 'desperate to sell' instead of continuing to live together with Paddy and their three children.
Model Christine feared earlier that the moving house would bring unwanted revolution to the life of Felicity, eight and 11-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, as well as herself.
But the dynamics in their relationship have clearly changed to Paddy in recent months, who has completed the ownership of Cheshire as part of his divorce scheme in October last year, to give the house for sale.
The former Top Gear -Gastrheer hopes to make a profit of £ 4.4 million after the purchase of the house for £ 2.1 million back in 2020.
He and Christine spent months renovating the property before they move in to meet the needs of their young family.

'They could find it good and did not feel the need to disturb the lives of their children.
“But in recent months Christine has become increasingly unhappy, which has led to a change in heart.
“They thought it was best for a new start, for all those involved, who caused Paddy's decision to sell.”
The mansion has its own gym, a huge playroom for children with soft play equipment, are and its changing rooms, an orangery and a kitchen dinner.
The seven bedrooms have six bathrooms and the house has been described by real estate agents who handle the sale as 'tailor made for hosting family and friends'.
In an interview with The Daily Mail's Weekend Magazine earlier this month, Paddy discussed his living situation with Christine and intimuded that the couple would remain under the same roof.
He said: 'Yes, still the same. It doesn't feel difficult. I think it would do if you lived in a toxic household – forbid God. '
Asked how their unique residential arrangement works, Paddy added: 'When I'm at home with the children, it's great.

'If we are together, that's fine. As long as my children are happy, that is the only thing that counts for me. '
Despite living together, both Paddy and Christine started dating again, but neither has become public with a serious relationship.
Last week, however, sources said that MailOnline Christine was far from happy to live with Paddy, who likes to be 'King of the Castle'.
An insider said: “Christine is at the end of her chain and cannot continue with Paddy … She is desperate to sell the house, split the yield and buy a smaller real estate where she can happily live with their three children.”
Christine spoke last year how she was 'petrified' to live alone after her split of Paddy, and claimed that they are worried about how she would deal with it and the star of the Phoenix Night separately.
Speaking with Kate Thornton's Wine Wine Question Time Podcast, she explained: 'I am still struggling with change and I just learn how to do things best, what works for me and the children, and not what is expected.
'Of course, if you split or separate, you expect that they will leave immediately or start separating ways and start your own life and that would never work for us. It must be slow.
'I am absolutely petrified for the thought of living with the children in one day.
'I want to be at the point where I am enthusiastic about it and I am not there yet. For now it works because we don't have to change the routine of the children.

'So Patrick [Paddy] Go to work, then I went to work. And then I go to work and Patrick stays at home.
'It worries me when we go in individual houses, how we are going to deal with it.
'How are they [children] I'll stay with Dad [house] Then at Mummies [house]. That is why we are not sure what the best way is to do that. But while we are in order, we stay here and we eventually find out. '
On the back of Christine's worries, she revealed that she 'left the house barely eight years and' extremely withdrawn '.
She added: 'I chose to stay at home and I took it to the extreme by being withdrawn very, very. I just left the house for eight years and I would only go to the supermarket around 1 am, 2 a.m. when it was quiet.
'I would say no to something because I was comfortable in my bubble at home. I was not unhappy, but I think I just existed. I don't think I lived completely. '
Paddy and Christine announced their divorce in July 2022 after a decade of marriage.
Christine confirmed that they had split into an Instagram post -days after Paddy was accused of kissing a colleague -TV star behind her back.
In a joint statement, the couple said that they wanted to 'clarify' speculation about their private life.
It continued: 'A while ago we made the difficult decision to separate, but our most important focus is, as always, to continue to support our children.
'This was not an easy decision to make, but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
“We will always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our parental home.”
