A 'boutique' cosmetic clinic has started legal steps against a customer who has left it on a One-Star review on Google.
Edina Logo, 25, left the brutal review after a visit to CitySlim and Laser Clinic in Melbourne's CBD at the end of December 2024.
In her long post, which remains online, MS Logo accused the clinic of unnecessary procedures for her 'hanging' face – which was delivered with a good price tag – and advised that she went on a restrictive diet.
CitySlim and Laser Clinic disagree with the perception of MS Logo about her experience and sues her for defamation, demands that the young woman removes her review, writes an apology and pays $ 2,200.
The assessment of MS Logo described her alleged 'very disappointing' experience in the clinic after 10 Enderermology sessions, a non-invasive procedure to improve the firmness of the skin.
The 25-year-old also focused on the owner of the clinic, Leila Fathabad, for not consulting her and claimed that she was often left under the care of 'trainees'.
“In the rare cases I saw Leila, her focus seemed to be on criticizing my appearance and stories extra treatments,” wrote MS Logo.
“As a 25-year-old woman you can hear it on my face and that I need facial sessions besides my other treatments, I felt inappropriate and unnecessary.”

She also disagreed with the amount of repeated visits that the recommended company.
'The suggestion to need 60 sessions to tackle my fibrosis that would have cost me $ 22,680 was simply outrageous.

The clinic then shared an in-depth breakdown of all procedures that MS logo underwent with CitySlim and denied accusations that she was treated by interns and advised additional treatments.

'Given the above facts, we are concerned that your assessment does not reflect the care or professionalism that you have received. We kindly ask you to contact us directly to solve any outstanding concerns, “the company wrote.
MS Logo then refers to the reaction of the clinic to the Google Review -Thread.
'Claiming that I was consistently satisfied with your services is a lot. Only because I don't pronounce my frustrations on your face does not mean that I was happy, “she said.
'You need to know that not everyone feels comfortable to tackle problems directly, especially if they arise from a lack of professionalism.
'… let's not forget the advice I received during my clinic. I say that I have to lose weight, eat only 1500 calories a day and cut out certain food groups is not only useless but also irresponsible.

A writ submitted to Victoria's County Court last month, seen by the Herald Sun, sought 'heavy compensation' and legal costs of MS Logo during its assessment.
“We believe that you have committed a usable defamation against our customers (CitySlim Clinic and Mrs. Fathabad),” a notification that is being tackled to MS Logo.
The legal representation of the clinic claimed that MS logo had proposed the company to hire 'unqualified personnel', to deal with unethic behavior, tried to remedy unnecessary treatments and exploit customers.

Although parts of the assessment of MS Logo were included in the legal documents, the reaction of the clinic was omitted.
CitySlim and Laser Clinic advertises itself as a 'Premier Boutique Clinic' that specializes in Endermology treatments.
“We specialize in offering advanced, advanced treatments using the latest technologies from World Class,” says the website.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted CitySlim and Laser Clinic and tried to contact MS logo for more comments.
