Former Fox News-gas contribution and anti-drug activist Ricci Wynne were again in legal problems, because he was charged on Tuesday for child pornography by a federal large jury.
Wynne was previously accused of suspicion of Pimpen and Pandering last November with law enforcement that the activist claimed to exploit vulnerable persons for financial gain.
The new indictment, submitted to a court in San Francisco, accuses Wynne of forcing minors to enter into 'sexually explicit behavior' in April and October 2022.
The indictment also claimed that Wynne had the intentions to send or transport the visual representation.
Public prosecutors discovered the alleged disturbing content when Wynne was arrested at the end of November at San Francisco International Airport.
His phone was seized by authorities, which was reportedly discovered when child pornography was discovered.
An unnamed 30-year-old woman was with Wynne during the arrest. Authorities believed he used her for sex work and she was released later.
After the arrest, the police received a house search order and found more than $ 79,000 in cash in his apartment, where researchers believe that the sex work took place.

A court who was submitted from December claimed that Wynne had a track record of sexually abusing children, “wrote assistant -American lawyer Eric Cheng.
“Proof that researchers recently identified (Wynne) not only shows sexually abused children, but further video recorded many of his sexual acts with them,” added the submission, as reported by East Bay Times.
The document also claimed that Wynne had abused children as young as 12, which he is also accused of attacking on the camera when she was 13.
Wynne has a checkered criminal past and has built his career as a reformed drug dealer.
In 2018, however, the police investigated a tip that he advertised a 'cocaine buffet' online.
He was then confronted with a federal drug case and a 12 -year prison sentence, but his lawyers argued that he was the victim of abuse and tried to harm himself while he was in prison, so he was released in December 2021 by three years of probation.
Prosecutors now claim that Wynne started to take care of young girls after he was released.
Wynne is currently in custody in California and did not owe the pimp and cover costs guilty.
