A Fashion Influencer has sued the British fitness brand Gymshark for $ 1 million after it was reportedly executed its sponsorship agreement for online criticism of its pro-Israeli views.
Alix Earle, 24, submitted accusations against the company of the Supreme Court and claimed that it has caused the equivalent of £ 770,000 damage for the premature termination of the deal.
In the court applications, the influencer – who has seven million taps – followers – that Gymshark agreed to pay her $ 1 million for three videos on the platform with his brand, as well as four on Instagram, the Telegraph reported for the first time.
Gymshark is supposed to have denied that it has signed a contract with Mrs. Earle, according to the newspaper.
The sports brand is accused of attaching the deal with MS Earle by the end of 2023 after being confronted with criticism of her observed attitude towards the conflict of Israel-Palestine. ”

Gymshark leaders would have complained about 'negative answers' on their partnership with MS Earle.
Allegedly a comment on the brand said: “Why do you have a Zionist in your advertisement, answer quickly.”
As part of her claim, Mrs. Earle argued that the complaints of Gymshark were not 'validly accepted', given that her posts were uploaded before it agreed to the sponsorship.
Mrs. Earle wrote history in 2024 after he had become the very first digital coverster of Si Swimsuit in a spicy photo shoot for the magazine.
