A DJ was taken out at a chic location in Sydney after being dedicated to cut the music during a wedding party because it was too loud.
DJ Mgunz used social media to warn people not to book weddings in Pier One Sydney Harbor after the incident in the chic hotel.
But the hotel has been fired and tells Daily Mail Australia that they are bound by the NSW government legislation and every customer is informed about the noise restrictions.
The dispute rose after DJ Mgunz had placed videos of the incident on Instagram, where he was depicted to play music until a Pier One employee approached him and asked him to eliminate the music.
The couple also exchanged words during the incident that it was assumed to have taken place just after 10.30 pm on a recent evening in the Sydney Harbor location.
The confused DJ, who said on the video that he was 'just here vibing', the employee told 'that it is a wedding' when he was asked to close the tunes.
'A completely finished. It's not about the couple, it's about our license, “the employee said in the video.
The guests then flourished and hissed the staff member before another partygoer shouted to everyone to 'calm down'.

“Ok, crowd starts to lose it,” said the DJ.
Another guest approached the DJ stage and addressed the Pier One employee, who made it clear that the DJ could play music at 80 decibels, but without amplifier.
The guest also asked to be allowed to play the DJ for another 30 minutes, but 'we will stop' after that.
“Don't worry and just turn on the music,” the guest told the DJ.
However, the staff member refused the request.
“Sorry, you have to go with what we say, because that's the legislation,” he said.
“We like to use the decibel meter,” the guest replied.
'It is already 95 (decibel) and this does not agree with playing music. These are people who talk, “said the DJ.

“Hey guys, we can bring everyone to keep it just as low,” a guest shouted.
Another man who appeared on stage said, “These are just people who talk and are 85 decibels.”
According to the Tiktok video, the volume -fiasco was still argued at 11 p.m., while the wedding party had an hour left in the booking.
Staff of the location tested the volume and discovered that the voices of the guest exceeds 85 decibels while the music could not be heard.
In a second video placed on Instagram, the staff member eventually left the stage, but was soon replaced by the location manager who took a copy of the contract and pointed to the sound determination of the DJ.
The newlywed couple also came to speak with the management before the DJ was allowed to play background music, no louder than 80db.
The DJ then transformed the rest of the performance into a 'silent' Rave party, which inspired the noisy guests to generate and sing at the top of their lungs.
It ensured that Pier One -Staff told the DJ to lower the music, but he said the volume was already minimal.

“Well, that's the lowest man, you can ask them to stop singing,” said the DJ.
The employee finally gave up and allowed the 'quiet' party to continue.
“It is what it is,” the staff member was heard in the video on Instagram.
The staff member then danced together with the DJ.
DJ Mgunz said via social media after the permitted music volume was about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. ”
“Pier One requires that customers sign a contract that agrees to conclude the music on 80dB, but most have no idea what that actually means,” he said in the post.
'It turns out that it is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner. So actually we quickly went from a dance floor to background music.
“The funny thing is that we couldn't even get background music because the audience was already louder than the limit.”
DJ Mgunz proposed the location to install a 'soundproof area' for 'late night dancing'.
'Or at least ensure that your bride and groom are aware of this? It is literally intended as one of the best nights of their lives, “he said.
The DJ also gave some advice to the 'beautiful location' about what it is like 'Noise policy can reckon a little '.
“Clear communication in advance so that couples are not blind to their big night,” he suggested.

Social media users were divided with some who claimed that the location has encapsulated the lack of nightlife in Sydney.
“This is the problem with Sydney,” they wrote.

However, others said that the marriage couple had to bear some responsibility.
“I think couples should actually start reading contracts and think TBH,” one posted.
'I understand that they know (sic), but in a contract if you don't know something is discovering.
“The locations Ed (SIC) that cost a majority of the budget, so let's be wise.”
