A British Israeli father whose wife and two daughters were murdered in a terror attack of Hamas has won a legal statement to be able to take more than £ 10.5 million from the Palestinian Authority (PA).
Rabbi Leo Dee, originally from London, lost his wife Leah, 48, together with daughters Rina, 15, and Maia, 20, in April 2023, after a Palestinian terrorist had sprayed them brutally with bullets in a drive-by attack.
The family traveled through the western Jordoever in separate vehicles, with Rabbi Dee driving only a meter ahead.
Since then he has led a campaign to help other victims of fear and has opened his case to sue the PA a few months ago.
Yesterday, Israeli courts granted a temporary garnish tea order, which means that a fixed amount of the frozen funds can be taken by Dee as soon as he successfully suits the PA, and the ruling makes the matter stronger.
Rabbi Dee explained the legal process and said: 'Bagatz [Supreme Court of Israel] Gave us the Go Toize months ago to sue and secure the money.
'The way it works is that the Israeli treasury holds tax funds from the Palestinian authority.
'Technically, the money is in the hands of Israel, but the question was whether we can withhold these funds to give to victims of fear. The court ruled that we can do it. That was the first step. '

The case is supposed to be the first of its kind, and Dee is now calling to follow other terror victims families in the hope that the terror groups will ultimately be 'bankrupt'.
Rabbi Dee continued: 'I am happy that we are making progress. My desire is that other families also sue the Palestinian authority.
“I hope we can do them bankrupt. Because the UN is planning to continue to finance them, we have to act independently to stop their financing and save lives.
'I want other families to sue the PA and secure funds and I want them to know that we can get them together.
“We are not at war with the Palestinian authority, but they have built the largest terror plan and the stimulans for terror in the world.”
Tax funds secured by the PA are used as part of his so-called 'Martyr's Fund' by critics referred to as 'pay-for-slay', a label that is rejected by Palestinians.
The Caspot is used to open an account for terrorists after they have been convicted and imprisoned, and they then cast the equivalent of a few hundred pounds in each month.
When a terrorist is released after his sentence, they then collect the money, in some cases depressed for millions of sickles that have been collected during long sentences.

In February, PA leader Mahmoud Abbas signed a decree that promised to end the schedule that has not yet come into force.
In a recent letter written by Rabbi Dee to Yarden Bibas, whose wife Shiri and two baby sons Kfir and Ariel were described a month after he was hostage on October 7, 2023, he described his healing trip.
In the emotional piece he wrote about the use of the memory of his family to do more good deeds: 'Know that Shiri, Ariel and Kfir are in a good place … they smile at you and want you to be happy …
“But for now, like me, we have to live with the knowledge that we are here to achieve something more.”
Rabbi Dee plans to use the money to continue his campaign to prevent terror.
The two terrorists behind the Dee -Familiemorden were killed a month later during an Israeli arrest -raid.
The case was called in and the spearhead by Shurat Hadin, an Israeli NGO who reportedly wants to fight terror.
