The row on Sentebale was intensified today when the charity founded 19 years ago by Prince Harry, made an extraordinary explanation, effectively distance from him.
The Duke of Sussex stopped dramatically as a patron in the midst of a boardroom struggle last night, in which the chairman then seemed to criticize him for 'playing the victim card'.
Dr. Sophie Chandauka claimed that there had been 'bad governance, weak management, abuse of power, bullying, intimidation, misogynia, misogynoir'.
Now, in his first comments on social media since Harry's departure, the charity has published a message that the importance of managers, customers and founders is playing.
The charged explanation, entitled 'led by the mission', said: 'It is the incredible teams on the spot – our employees and local partners – who bring our mission to life every day, walk next to the children and young people we serve.
'Although managers are the key to governance and regulations, and customers – especially founders – are an honor to have, it is the people in the field that promote the work, no matter what happens.
'Our dedication to support young people in South Africa with better health, stronger means of existence and climate reputation remains as strong as always. The work continues because they earn nothing less. '

Harry founded Charity Sentebale in honor of his mother Diana, Princess of Wales in 2006 with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho to help young people and children in South Africa, in particular with HIV and AIDS.
But several managers have left the organization in a dispute with Dr. Chandauka, after she had asked her resignation.
The dispute reportedly arose around a decision to concentrate fundraising in Africa.
