“I cry every day. I can't stop. There are so many similarities with when I was diagnosed bipolar years ago and then unfortunately heavily medicinal.
'It causes me to question the diagnosis and certainly doubt the medication, but that is a different story and a different timeline.
'We are made to fear our feelings our emotions.
'I have so many people around me who experience the same thing. I am grounded and without fear.
'I can hold these intense energies and frequencies. I love myself so much in this intense energy.
I cry to move the energy. I cry because life is so beautiful. I cry because I get so free, this sovereign in this life.
'I cry because I am not alone, even if there are no human souls around me, I have everything in nature that holds me.
'I cry because it gets so good to feel everything. It has never felt so good and so safe to feel so much.

'I have spent years and years in and out of psychiatric units and it has been such a long recovery.
'Years of self -love, self -care, every alternative therapy that I could find to try to help myself and take me to where I am today.
“And I really love myself. I love my body, I love my mind and I am really happy. I think it is actually quite rare. '
