Shocking bodycam images conquered the moment three police officers hit Arizona and a disabled deaf black man who had not committed any crime.
The aggressive arrest unfolded on August 19, 2024, when Tyron Mcalpin was thrown on the floor, repeatedly beaten and beaten with a stun gun in a parking lot in Phoenix.
Mcalpin, who is deaf and has cerebral palsy, was seen at the start of the images that were outside a dollar tree when officers arrived in reports of an attack.
Cops claimed that Mcalpin corresponded to the description of the suspect who attacked a man in the neighborhood, how McAlpin's lawyers say that witnesses have described a white man.
The images were released this week when the Phoenix Police Department officers Benjamin Harris, Kyle Sue and Jorge Acosta without wage written for 24 hours.
Two were also ordered to attend de-escalation training.

Mcalpin was pulled to the ground and arrested for serious abuse and opposition to arrest after officers were called in reports of a man who was attacked in a nearby store. McAlpin's lawyers say that witnesses reported a white attacker, and accusations against him were withdrawn
Mcalpin, who is deaf and suffers from Cerebral Paresis, subsequently submitted a $ 3.5 million lawsuit against the arresting officers and the Phoenix Police Department after he was in detention for three weeks after the arrest
Surveillance images from the Tree Store dollar showed that the officers jumped on Mcalpin within a few seconds of their arrival at McAlpin.
While Mcalpin turned his arms, one of the officers took him on the floor before a second officer took their taser.
McAlpin's lawyers say that he was hit several times with the Stun Gun while he was stopped on the floor.
He was subsequently accused of opposing arrest and severe abuse, and was held in custody for three weeks before the charges were eventually withdrawn.
McAlpin then submitted a $ 3.5 million lawsuit against the arresting officers and the Phoenix Police Department and claimed that they 'falsified charges' against him after being 'attacked, defeated and plagued'.
Although images of McAlpine's arrest raged on the indignation on social media, the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association has defended the officers and accused the media of 'biased report' and a 'Ugly Smear campaign' against the officers.

In a statement after they had been suspended this week, the association hit the leadership of the police of the Phoenix police and claimed that Mcalpin opposed the arrest.
“We are shocked by the determination of Interim -Chef Sullivan to suspend the three officers involved in the Mcalpin case,” said the President of the Union, Darrell Kriplean.
“A situation that was previously assessed internally by experts on the subject of the Force Evaluation and Review Unit and that is deemed to be within the policy has suddenly been reversed due to public pressure, based on pre -announced media report.”
Krmeplean said the officers an immediate attack by Mr. Mcalpin 'were met, and added:' Our officers have the right to defend themselves against attack. After a considerable fight, our officers could take Mr. Mcalpine in custody, but not before they were sustained their own significant injuries.

In his own statement, Interim police chief Michael Sullivan said: 'The decision to suspend the officers reflects our dedication to accountability and maintaining the public.
'At the same time, we are among the men and women of this department who are placed in difficult situations every day. We will continue to support our officers with training and guidance to ensure that they can perform their tasks safely and effectively.
“Our goal is to learn from this and to continue together as a stronger department and community.”
