A wannabe hip-hop artist who has put a beloved family man dead for his wife has finally learned his fate about the shocking crime.

Spencer Shumski, 22, Van Sales faced weapon costs when he all put Clint in the early hours of 8 May 2023.

On Friday he was convicted in the Supreme Court of Victoria to six years in prison with a non-conditional period of just three years after a jury was not guilty of murder, but the lesser indictment against manslaughter.

Shumski has already spent 691 days behind bars, which means that he can request conditional release in May next year.

The punishment, delivered by justice Michael Croucher, is stunned by Mr Allen family, with audible panting in the entire courtroom.

Mr Allen, 38, had I celebrated his wife's 37th birthday when he was confronted with Shumski outside the Criterion Hotel in Sale, Victoria, about 200 km east of Melbourne.

In details of the jury, Shumski was free in the community on bail after he was accused of drug and firearms.

Mr Allen died after he was stabbed twice, his heart, aorta and liver after a verbal argument with the criminal.

When opening the process in November, the jury saw the argument unfold on CCTV images that were recorded outside the pub.

Mr Allen had attended Jack Ryan's Irish Pub on sale for the birthday party when his friend was cast after taking a woman's phone.

The court heard that Mr Allen, who would soon become a grandfather, followed his friend and started walking home.

Shumski had been a wannabe musician and photographer, who placed music videos online under the artist name NP Benzey.

Shumski and his friends walked away and left the Lord all behind to bleed on the footpath while paramedics hurried to save his life.

In a long conviction that lasted more than an hour to deliver, Justice Croucher said he accepted that Shumski was not going to kill Mr All.

“He just had to turn the other cheek and run away,” he said.

Justice Croucher said he accepted that Shumski acted impulsively out of fear and thus soften his debt.

“He hardly had time to think. He just responded it in a dangerous way. I accept his proof that he did not strive for any part of Mr Allen's body, “he said.

“Mr Shumski also said that he did not intend to cause any injury and less serious injury. With regard to all the evidence … I am satisfied with reasonable doubt that he was most intended to injure the Lord Allen or cause slight injury. '

Shumski had always claimed that he did not leave the pub with the intention of seriously injuring Mr All.

The court heard that he had offered to argue guilty of manslaughter, but refused to accept prosecutors, running what Justice Croucher described as a 'weak murder case'.

“It was self -defense, straight up,” Shumski had told the police to surrender the next day.

The court heard that Shumski sent several messages to friends that he expected to go to prison.

“I have done something terrible and I may not be able to talk to you for years, depending on a few factors and I will talk to you as soon as possible,” he told a friend.

The meaning of Friday offers the lovers of Mr Alle little comfort.
