A Milwaukee man was arrested for poisoning the soft drink cans of his colleague with super glue after she had set up a secret camera and caught the perpetrator in the act.

Joseph Ross, 34, is accused of placing foreign objects in food after all the Gorilla glue in a coca -cola of a woman at their workplace at Wisconsin State Fair Park Grounds.

A woman, named JH in a criminal complaint, first suspected that her soft drink was infected when she noticed a 'strong chemical scent and taste' and became sick after drinking it.

She had observed the same disturbing scent and taste of her drinks over the course of two or three weeks, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 6.

To reach the bottom of the bizarre situation, JH placed a spy camera under her computer screen to see if someone came to her desk and put something in her drinks.

When checking the images, the woman was shocked to hear that her suspicions were correct.

Allegedly the video Ross' in possession of a bottle/tube -type dispenser showed, with a white mouthpiece. The dispenser seems to be brown/orange in color, “says the sworn explanation.

Ross' alleged drinking shoe eventually came to light on March 20, when JH stopped the police to perform foot patrol on the Fair Park site.

After passing on the pathogenic information to the police, they interviewed Ross, who admitted to having put a 'supplement' in JH's soda, according to the complaint.

“The way I read is an attempt to mislead the researchers while making an admission,” speculated 12 news legal analyst Craig Mastantuono.

Researchers then searched the office, especially Ross' desk and reportedly found latex gloves with a bottle of Gorilla brand super glue.

The accused SODA spiker was arrested and charged on Tuesday. His bail has been set at $ 10,000.

The indictment of Ross, a crime, bears a maximum fine of $ 10,000 and a prison sentence of a maximum of 38 months, according to TMJ4.

The motivations behind the Ross actions are currently unclear.

“This is extremely alarming and has absolutely elements of many violence,” said Commissioner Andrea Bolender during Ross' Virtual Milwaukee County Court Hoeing on Wednesday.

'This is a status [placing foreign objects in edibles] That is usually not charged because there are not many cases where the police or the authorities catch someone who puts something in a person's drink, “he said.

In a statement to Fox 6, the Wisconsin State Fair Park wrote: 'The two persons involved were employed by a seller and were not employees of the State Fair Park, which is why we cannot comment on labor status.

“Since this incident took place in State Fair Park, our police responded, conducted a thorough investigation and submitted the report to the public prosecutor.”

The police of the park have issued a 'no -trespass -by -command' to Ross, who owes a provisional hearing on 3 April for a provisional hearing.
