Lucy, a gymnastics Coach enjoys spending time with her grandma and making all kinds of funny videos.

She explains: “We have a great granddaughter-grandmother relationship, we always have fun.

“We always movie videos. As my grandmother gets older, she stays home more and more, so it’s good to get her moving.

“Our favorite was the blue dress. We cried laughing, but in a good way.”

After the video was uploaded to TikTok, it quickly went viral with 300,000 views and over 30,000 likes.

There were many comments praising Ruby for her ability to carry off the party outfits.

I’m a fit grandma – I have veiny thighs, loose skin, stretch marks and cellulite, but I won’t stop showing off in a bikini

Someone commented: “These are her clothes now; you look incredibly beautiful.”

While another added: “She looks incredible. I hope I can be as cool as her when I’m her age.”

Ruby isn’t the only grandma who has rock bands that are considered “younger.”

Jaqueline Hooton, 61, advocates that women build up their physical strength to stay as fit and healthy as they are.

She is so fit that she can even lift twice her body weight.

“In my 61 years on this planet, my body has thrown me a lot of curveballs. Curveballs that I’ve made peace with.

“I have veins running around my right thigh like a garter. I’m 8 to 10 pounds heavier than I was 10 years ago. Some of that is muscle, but not all of it,” she said.

She said that she has faced many setbacks in her life, but she still perseveres.

How to dress younger

Speaking to The US Sun, fashion enthusiast Deidre, better known as my friend Deidre, YouTubegave some tips on how to look younger with the clothes you wear.

“I would advise women not to be guided by trends alone, but to have a broad insight into what is out there.

“It’s a matter of staying a little bit aware of what’s going on, which makes you seem more youthful,” the 58-year-old said.

“Especially as you get older, 80% of your wardrobe should consist of classics that you can just grab.

“You know they’re going to look good and they’re going to be reliable and dependable.

“You can use that last 20% to try out trends.”

“Multiple miscarriages, stretch marks and loose skin from carrying five children, limitations in my shoulder joints after three surgeries, cellulite, osteoarthritis, a benign but not without problems tumor in my back muscles and I just had another surprise, which I will tell you more about soon,” she said in a recent Instagram post.

Despite everything, she said she is “grateful” for her body.

“Nobody has a ‘perfect’ body, because perfect cannot be defined. Is perfect disease-free? Is perfect flawless? Is perfect a size or a look? Or is perfect simply making peace with what is?

“I am grateful for this body of mine. It tells the story of my life so far; sorrow, loss, pain, joy, care, love and my lifestyle.

“I hope you too can make peace with the bitter story of your body. We are all perfectly imperfect.”
