ESPN has announced that it is developing a new documentary series behind the scenes, aimed at the Chiefs of Kansas City.
The network revealed that the series will be produced by 'Much of the team' behind the Smash hit Michael Jordan and Chicago Bulls documentary 'The Last Dance'.
The crew had extensive access to Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and their teammates during the NFL season 2024, when they were itRyen to make NFL history with a third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
The year, however, ended in a heartache for Kansas City after a crushing 40-22 Super Bowl defeat by the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans.
The six-deliveries are expected to premiere later this year on both ESPN and Disney+.
An ESPN release said The series will describe 'The Chiefs' journey while completing a regular season of a franchise record 15-win, recorded a third consecutive AFC title and made a performance of the third consecutive Super Bowl'.

Last season it remained almost a decade of the dominance of the chiefs in the NFL before they stood against the Eagles.
In the last decade, the Chiefs have made the play -offs every year, won the AFC West Division Title nine times, appeared seven years in a row in the AFC Championship Game and made five Super Bowl performances in six years, won three.
“ESPN and Disney+ know that sport fans are interested in stories that bring them beyond the Xs and Os, and this series will explore the inheritance of the Chiefs franchise, while also presenting the emotional highlights and low points of building a championship-winning team,” said Burke Magnus, President of Content.
“From the sparkle of Patrick Mahomes to the leadership of Andy Reid and the passion of Chiefs Kingdom, this project will show the drama, intensity and the heart that make this team a worldwide phenomenon.”
It is still to be seen how much Taylor Swift is characterized, since she was again a regular presence at the games of friend Kelce.
The series will also bring the 65-year history of the franchise that goes back from the earliest days in Dallas, Texas, to the attention when the team was founded by Lamar Hunt.
It also promises the exclusive access of viewers to the extensive and rarely seen photo and video archives of the organization, as well as 'intimate interviews with players, coaches and other key figures'.
