A WOMAN reveals she’s chosen a baby name but everyone hates it.
The anonymous woman explained that she thinks the name is “absolutely awesome,” but that not all of her family and friends are thrilled about it.

The woman clearly didn’t know what to do and shared her dilemma on social media, surprising many.
Post on Reddit, on the BabyNamesHelp thread, under the username @anotherrandomerrr, the woman shared: “Everyone hates my baby name!”
She wrote at the time, “I have one favorite baby name that I absolutely love, but my entire family and friends hate it.”
The social media user revealed the name she chose for her future son – Forrest.
Although she thinks it’s “beautiful,” she says people are already making jokes about Forrest Gump.
Furthermore, she claimed that people have gone so far as to suggest that her son, who would be given the same name as the movie character Forrest, has a hunched back and was forced to wear leg braces, would eventually become disabled.
She added: “Of course I get the usual Forrest Gump jokes, but some people have even gone so far as to say my baby will end up limping or mentally disabled.”
But the woman explained that she thinks the name, which is not inspired by the 1994 romantic comedy, is “perfect” for her child.
Still, she wanted to hear advice from other Reddit users about what they thought of the nickname.
She concluded: “Personally, I think the name is beautifully whimsical and the perfect name for my son.
“But if you have similar names or suggestions, I’d love to hear them!”

In the UK there is no law restricting names, but names that contain obscenities, numbers, misleading titles or are impossible to pronounce are likely to be rejected when registering a child.
