Critics of the unprecedented rate announcement of Donald Trump have ridiculed the White House for recording Heard Island and McDonald Islands on the list of mutual rates.
The graph published by the White House showed a rate of ten percent, raised sub-antarctic islands in the Indian Ocean, which are uninhabited, except for seals, birds and penguins.
Trump started a widespread rate of ten percent on more than 180 countries, so although zero trade comes from the two islands, they received the same basic percentage on the graph.
The islands were admitted to the graph because they are Australian Territory, an official of the White House told Axios.
But that did not stop his critics on social media for ridiculing the graph.
“The Penguins have been tearing us off for years,” wrote Trump's former communication director Anthony Scaramucci, now a frequent critic of the president.
“Far too long heard the penguins on the uninhabited and McDonald Islands in the Antarctica American taxpayers scammed,” Washington Post National Security Editor wrote. “That ends today.”
“The heard island and McDonald Penguins have used us for too long – it's time we came up against them!” Former Congressman Tom Malinowski wrote on X.

Others used the news as a sports metaphor for the NHL hockey team of Pittsburg Penguins.
“The rates on the Penguins are canceled when Sidney Crosby is finally at home at the Colorado Avalanche,” wrote social media user Jarvis.
Other users of social media mock the news by sharing gifs from the Batman -villain 'The Penguin' and images of the birds from the animation films' Penguins of Madagascar 'and' Happy Feet.
The White House seemed to be aware of questions about the criteria used by the administration to level rates on every country.
