Andrew and Tristan Tate are under federal criminal investigation by the heavy office of Manhattan US Attorney, according to a claim in a new court application.
The revelation of the alleged federal probe was made in a Friday application in a civil case in Florida involving the Tates.

The brothers sued an anonymous woman for defamation in 2023 after she claimed that they had traded her.
