The Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, made its debut in China this week and there has been no official announcement from Xiaomi yet about the global launch of the smartphone. However, a new leak claims that the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition could be branded as Poco F4 GT in global markets. A screenshot of MIUI code which shows the name of both devices has also surfaced online. The Redmi K50 Gaming Edition will feature a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera setup on the rear and a 4,700mAh battery with support for 120W fast wired charging. The Poco F4 GT will likely succeed the Poco F3 GT in India.

The leak claims that the Redmi K50G will be launched as Poco F4 GT in India and other global markets. This is in line with previous reports.
