A WOMAN has proven that you don’t have to spend a fortune to give your home a stunning makeover.
Like many of us, Kirsty Gore has been sprucing up her home this summer, whether it’s by doing up her garden or browsing for nice bits and bobs at B&M.

One of her most recent projects was creating an affordable—yet beautiful—accent wall in the hallway, and she shared her process on TikTok.
Before the massive transformation, the bare walls by the stairs looked bland and lacked the character that the rest of the house seemed to have.
But after a trip to B&Q and ordering some stuff from AmazonThe handy Kirsty managed to give the room a completely new look.
To create the stunning glow, the DIYer first measured the white wood molding. Once she was happy with the dimensions and layout, she used a miter saw.
The pretty lady then attached the moulding to the wall using No More Nails glue, which is available from Tesco for the affordable price of £4.50.
To make sure there were no small gaps, the DIYer also filled in some around the edges and added a wireless light in the center.
According to Kirsty, who regularly shares content about the house on her pageshe found this one on Amazon for £39.99 – and the light is rechargeable too.
”POV: Small changes can make a big difference,” the craft expert said in the video.

”My most recent DIYs – but together! One on the stair wall in the hallway and one on a small wall on my landing.
”Both have walls (that are not connected to other bare walls), so this works really well!
”It’s not necessary to do the entire landing and stairs, but it still creates a nice effect.”
Like Kirsty, thousands of TikTok users couldn’t believe the difference and sent in mass comments praising the work.
Someone begged, “My goodness, I wish I could send you pictures of my boring rooms and you would tell me how you would style them.”
