‘I want one so bad’, people shout as Primark launches new Minions nightwear line

MINIONS fans are flocking to Primark to get their hands on their new nightwear collection, which includes a onesie and nightgown.

Despicable Me 4 hit UK cinemas earlier this month, seeing Gru and his gang of Minions join forces once again to battle another evil villain.

The film will undoubtedly entertain millions of children during the school holidays, while parents can take a break from the chaos.

And for those who want to take their love of the mischievous minions home with them, Primark’s new collection guarantees hours of family fun.

Shoppers can transform into a Minion by wearing the £23 women’s zip-up onesie, in the signature yellow and blue colour of Gru’s favourites.

It is available in sizes small, medium and large and comes with a large hood with the Minions glasses, making it perfect for dress up parties.

A description on Primark’s website reads: “Turn yourself into a mischievous minion with this bright yellow hooded onesie!

“This comfortable nightwear functions in bright yellow and blue colors and is designed to look just like one of these cartoon favorites.

“This piece will make you look like a Minion, with rolled-up legs, a front zip, long sleeves and a comfortable hood with stitched ski goggle details.”

The top is available in sizes XXS to XXL and costs £12.

Minions fans can also buy long-sleeved pyjamas for just £7.50, and various pyjama sets consisting of T-shirts and shorts priced between £9 and £11.

You can pick up the Minions collection in stores across the UK, or order via click and collect.

Buyers are flocking to Primark’s TikTok account to share their love for the new collection.

Under a video of a Primark worker showing off the Minions onesie, someone commented: “Oh my gosh, we should buy these and take them to the cinema to watch Despicable Me.”

A second person tagged their friend and said, “We need this for a sleepover.”

Large parts of the stores are occupied and they sell everything from trendy satin styles to soft Disney pyjamas and everything in between.

Last year Primark had a great version of the Skims pyjamas and the latest dupe is from Victoria’s Secret.

The pink striped pajamas match very well with those of the American lingerie brand, I have one myself.

They are light, super comfortable and cost a fraction of the price. What’s not to love?
