Kate Ritchie‘s ex-husband and former NRL Player Stuart Webb is responsible for refusing a breath test.

The 44-year-old former Sydney schedules Hooker was persuaded at 5.10 am at 5.10 am in Sydney by Eastern Suburbs Police Area.

Webb was charged with refusing to submit a breath analysis and to control a non -registered vehicle.

He was mentioned to appear at Waverley Local Court on Wednesday and the hearing was postponed to be heard again at Downing Local Court on July 9.

Mr. Webb has previously been caught driving on a drink by the police five times.

He was recently accused of Drink Driving in 2019, with judicial documents that stated that it was his fifth PCA (prescribed statement of alcohol) attack since 1999. ”

Two of those incidents are deemed to have taken place in 2012 and 2017, while he was married to Mrs Ritchie.

In 2019 he was banned from driving for six months and a locking device was mounted on his car for 24 months.

A magistrate had told Mr. Webb that he was “lucky that he wasn’t sent to prison” and noticed that his driving record was “terrible.”

The former Sydney schedules star was placed on a conditional release order for two years.

In 2003, Mr Webb was signed by the Sydney schedules and debuted for the club later that year.

After two seasons in Moore Park he would jump to Rivals, South Sydney.

A year later he would move again and join St George, where he would make 19 performances during the 2008-2009 season, before he left NRL football.

After putting on his Footy boots, Mr. Webb would pursue a career as a chef.

At the end of that season, Mr Webb presented Ritchie radio personality during a European outing.

The couple are supposed to have started dating in 2008.

They then recorded the knot during an outdoor ceremony in the countryside in Quamby Estate in Tasmania in 2010, but after almost 10 years of marriage they chose to separate in 2020.

They would also have a baby girl, Mae, in 2014.

Rumors had sought that their marriage was on the rocks in 2019, whereby Mr Webb was subsequently struck in 2019 with an arrested violent order (AVO).

The order was made for the protection of the house and the road.

It came when a spokesperson for the NSW police confirmed that officers “investigated an incident in a house in Randwick” where it understood that the couple had lived, but no charges were laid.

The circumstances of the AVO state that Mr Webb ‘is not in the company of Katherine Leigh Ritchie or in the company of Katherine Leigh Ritchie was after drinking alcohol or taking illegal drugs’.

He was also obliged not to threat, stalk or bother the TV star.

Nevertheless, Mrs Ritchie and her ex-husband have been reunited several times, in particular to attend the football matches of their daughter Mae.

Mrs Ritchie, who had become public with a new boyfriend, Will Skelton, and Mr Webb cut friendly figures while shared a lucky chat on the field.

They were also reunited to celebrate their daughter’s 10th birthday last year.
