Isak tipped for Arsenal
Jamie O
He told Grosvenor Sport: “The obvious position to reinforce for Arsenal is a striker – they have to get one.
“They need someone who is big and strong who can get him 20 goals per season. For me, Kai Havertz is simply not the man for the job.
“Alexander Isak, Viktor Gyokeres or Benjamin Sesko are the obvious choices in the pointed department for them. The problems with strikers that come from other competitions are that they do not get into the ground – especially players from the Bundesliga and Liga Portugal.
“I think that clubs should buy Premier League proven players who have already done it for week, so that I think Manchester United has been pretty smart by signing Bryan Mbuemo and Matheus Cunha – we all know that they are going to work for them.
“With that in mind, if I was Arsenal, I would get Isak. I know it will be difficult because Newcastle is in the Champions League, but Arsenal is a larger club than Newcastle and could certainly seduce him.”
Gunners ready
Arsenal is linked to a dive of € 45 million (£ 37.8 million) for Genk Wonderkid Konstantinos Karetsas.
According to the Greek news agency APE, the Gunners are ready to splash the money for Karetsas.
The same source claims that the North Londoners will borrow the 17-year-old winger back to Genk for the 2025-26 campaign until he turns 18.
However, Sunsport understands that this is not the case.

The Nigerian striker is previously connected to Chelsea, West Ham and Newcastle in the past.
